شاركت الأمانةُ العامةُ للمزاراتِ الشّيعيةِ الشّريفة في المراسم الرسمية التي أقامتها العتبةُ العسكريةُ المقدسة لإحياء الذكرى السنوية لتفجير مئذنتَي مرقد الإمامين العسكريين (عليهما السلام) في سامراء الموافق للسابع والعشرين من جمادى الأولى 1428 هـ وسط حضورٍ واسعٍ جسّد رمزية الحدث وعمق أثره في الوجدان الإسلامي.
وقد مثّل الأمانةَ العامةَ للمزارات وفدٌ رسمي ضمّ مديرَ العلاقات العامة الأستاذ أسعد رزاق وعدداً من موظفي القسم حيثُ شاركوا إلى جانب وفودٍ من العتبات المُقدسة والمزارات الشّريفة وفضلاء الحوزة العلمية في النجف الأشرف وممثلين عن الهيئات الرسمية والفعاليات العشائرية والشعبية.
وتضمّن برنامجُ المراسم كلماتٍ استعرضت حجمَ الجريمة وتداعياتها على المجتمع وأشادت بالموقف التاريخي للمرجعية الدينية العليا في إخماد نار الفتنة وصون وحدة الصف كما أُلقِيَت قصائدُ جسّدت لوعة المصاب إضافةً إلى عرض وثائقيّ قدّمه مركز تراث سامراء وثّق فيه مشاهدَ الجريمة وأثرَها في الوجدان العراقي.
